The EasyTrace Cleaner (ETC) Evolution II System with Full CRD – XL is designed to efficiently clean sample vials, tubes, containers, bottles, closures, microwave liners and pipette tips for trace and ultratrace analysis whilst the Clean Rinse Dry (CRD) system allows for the acid cleaning, rinsing and drying of your vessels automatically with an adjustable cycle time. It can clean and condition PFA. PTFE, PP, Quartz, Glass etc. and is suitable for vessel heights up to 285mm.

Completely acid resistant and metal-free to eliminate contamination, the ETC Evolution II simply uses small quantities of standard grade acid for the efficient cleaning and/or conditioning of a wide range of sample vessels. Optional automation also helps to improve vessel cleaning efficiency and reduce costs.
ETC Evolution II includes an integrated heating device for the effective generation of acid vapour using low volumes (400-600ml) of dilute standard purity acid. The maximum operating temperature of the ETC Evolution II is 110°C.
One PTFE multiple vessel plate set with vessel rods suitable for use with a variety of different vessels is included with the system. Additional vessel plates for closures and/or other vessels can simply be added at a later date for increased flexibility.
The ETC Evolution II is available in 2 sizes to suit different vessels:
- L - for use with vessels up to a height of 230mm
- XL - for use with vessels up to a height of 285mm (this product)
The Clean Rinse Dry system automatically fills and drains the acid wash and water rinse solutions and drys the containers. Acid wash and water rinse solutions are emptied in to separate drain vessels for recycling. The cycle time is adjustable.
