XRF Thin Films from SCP SCIENCE are available in continuous Rolls, Pre-cut Circles and Easy Snap sheets in different chemical compositions and uniform thickness.
Easy Snap sheets consist of a perforated circle of film attached to a carrier frame for easy handling and avoidance of contamination through contact.
When selecting a film, resistance to chemical attack, transmission characteristics, and purity must be balanced for optimal results with a specific sample type.
