The EvapoClean is a unique system that combines "Evaporation - Concentration - Purification" of samples in either an enclosed or open environment in a single device.
The patented, closed design of EvapoClean protects your work environment. The hermetic structure not only excludes any risk of atmospheric contamination of samples but also prevents cross contamination. It can be programmed to operate at a constant, uniform temperature and can purify as little as 25ml of reagent. Using closed distillation elbows this model allows for the simultaneous handling of up to 3 solutions/reagents up to 125ml each. Whilst the open sample wells allow for the evaporation or digestion of up to 8 samples (4 x 90ml and 4 x 125ml) in the same device.
EvapoClean utilises a corrosion resistant inert graphite heating block with thick PFA coating and is designed for the handling of a wide variety of samples ranging from simple aqueous solutions to the most aggressive reagents such as HNO3, HF, HCl, HBr, HClO4, NH4OH and H2O2.
This model allows for the simultaneous handling/purification of up to 3 acids up to 125ml each using 3 PTFE distillation elbows and 6 PFA bottles for closed distillation The PTFE distillation elbows and PFA bottles are not included with the EvapoClean device and are sold separately. The EvapoClean - 3 x 125ml model requires 3 of the 125ml Vessel Kits for closed distillation.
Note: A separate controller is required to operate EvapoClean and this is available in 2 configurations.
