The huge opening makes sample filling easy, eliminating air-locks and loss of sample, whilst simple press-in plugs save time and effort compared with traditional crimping. The industry standard dimensions of 12 x 32mm ensure compatibility with most instruments. 

1.5ml polypropylene autosampler vials, available in different formats including snap/crimp and screw-thread, are ideal for applications where glass must not be used. 

Borosilicate glass headspace vials are available in a range of volumes with either a flat or rounded bottom for instruments from different manufacturers. As well as aluminium crimp seals with different septa, pressure release and magnetic crimp seals are available.
