20ml, 30ml, 40ml and 60ml EPA/VOA Vials

Our comprehensive range includes Certified, Pre-cleaned & Standard vials for use in purge & trap autosamplers, for sampling or storage. All Vials are pre-assembled, ready for use.

Certified & Pre-cleaned Vials have been pre-cleaned according to US EPA Protocol B (please contact us for details) and then quality assured with analysis by an independent laboratory. A certificate is included with each box.

Pre-cleaned Vials have been cleaned according to US EPA Protocol B.

Standard Vials are not specially cleaned.

Plus Pre-cleaned and Standard Vials are available with either the traditional flat septa or the patented “Top-Hat” septa that stops septa falling out of the cap.

Need something different? We can produce almost any combination of vial, cap & septa - certified, pre-cleaned or standard! We can also provide these products shrink-wrapped. Please enquire.

Individual Components

In addition to the components of our pre-assembled vials, we also offer our Green Solid Cap with a PTFE/F217 liner (V2051). This cap is highly recommended and has proved very popular with many laboratories because of its excellent sealing characteristic, due to the compression of the inert foam material, F217.
