The DigiPREP HT 100-40 with Dual Probe is ideal for any digestion or heating method, which requires a temperature up to 450^oC. It features:

• A 10 position high temperature digestion system (requires 40 x 100ml borosilicate glass digestion tubes (010-520-011))
• Energy efficient, acid resistant silicon carbide coated graphite digestion block with +/- 3^oC variation across the block.
• Platinum RTD high temperature probe for accurate temperature sensing
• Automatic over temperature protection at 450^oC
• Two-tier console for cooling and storage of the tube rack and exhaust manifold system
• Aluminium tube rack with inspection window for easy viewing of samples during digestion; complete with heat resistant handles
• Exhaust system comprising of a PTFE exhaust manifold with no glass-to-glass connection. Soft fins of the exhaust manifold allow easy insertion in the digestion tubes simultaneously
• Manifold system allows the digestion to proceed at atmospheric pressure
• Includes a dual probe feature for applications where temperature must be verified for auditing purposes. One probe is used for control while the second probe can be connected to a calibrated readout.
• Small footprint of only 45cm x 32cm (x 69cm H)

Supplied with tube rack assembly, exhaust manifold, drip trap, Viton exhaust hose and glass water jet. Note: Water jet vacuum system requires connection to an adequate tap water supply with drainage
